Lee & Associates Long Beach negotiates the $5.85 Million Industrial Sale

CARSON, Calif.—February 5, 2015—AMPAM Parks Mechanical, a company that specializes in multi-family residential plumbing, has purchased a 50,100-square-foot industrial building located at 17036 S Avalon Blvd., Carson, Calif.

The former headquarters of National Emblem, Inc., the building sold for $5.85 million. AMPAM Parks plans to move into the new facility later this year.

Greg Gill and Sean Lieppman of Lee & Associates - Long Beach represented the seller, National Emblem, who occupied the building for over thirty years.

“With the majority of their manufacturing moving overseas, National Emblem was able to reduce their footprint and relocate to a more efficient facility in Long Beach,” said Gill.

AMPAM Parks Mechanical was represented by Bart Pucci of Studley.
