Lee & Associates Hires Three Broker Associates to Central Coast Offices
SANTA BARBARA, Calif.—Oct. 9, 2013— Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firms in the country, welcomes Vivian Hanover, Nina Stormo and Christi Vior as broker associates to the firm’s Central Coast offices.
“We are all very excited to have these three talented ladies join our team. They all possess extraordinary skills and are well equipped to excel in this industry,” said Clarice Clarke, president of Lee & Associates Central Coast, who assumed her position early this year as the second female president in Lee’s 34-year history.
Hanover will specialize in the leasing and sales of commercial real estate in the Tri-County area and be based out of the San Luis Obispo office. She has international real estate expertise in the areas of investment, multifamily, retail, office and consulting brokerage. Hanover is multilingual in six languages and has serviced worldwide clients. She holds bachelor’s degrees in design from the London Metropolitan University and in architecture and design from the University of Westminster.
Stormo began her work in commercial real estate with a focus in land acquisitions and sales and will be based out of the Los Olivos office. She closed an average of 25 land transactions annually during her first three years in real estate and has experience in upper tier transactions. In addition to land acquisitions, Stormo specializes in commercial leases and multifamily properties. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
With over 25 years of real estate experience, Vior specializes in office, retail and industrial commercial leasing in Santa Barbara, Ventura, Santa Rosa and San Luis Obispo counties. Vior, working out of the Santa Barbara office, has experience in medical office condominium sales, multifamily and apartment sales and NNN tenant commercial building sales in the Santa Barbara and Los Angeles counties.
