Lee & Associates Closes $5.9 Million Sale of Tustin Industrial Building


TUSTIN, Calif.—April 16, 2014—Meridian Graphics, one of the largest printing and graphic companies in Southern California, has sold its 2652 Dow Ave. building for $5.9 million and signed a lease to remain in the property for the next seven years.

Justin Smith and Phil Cohen, both senior vice presidents of Lee & Associates Irvine, negotiated the transaction of the company’s 42,340 square-foot building, which Meridian purchased in 2004. The building, which serves as Meridian’s headquarters, is in a highly desirable location near John Wayne Airport and the Tustin/Irvine industrial area. Meridian is planning on using the funds from this sale to help in its acquisition plans,” said Smith.
