Laurence Casey Named 2011 Top Producer for Cassidy Turley in New Jersey
Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., today announced that Senior Vice President, Principal Laurence P. Casey was the firm’s top producer in the New Jersey marketplace for 2011. Boasting 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Casey specializes in the sales and leasing of truck terminals, corporate advisory services as well as industrial landlord and tenant representation.

Prior to joining Cassidy Turley, Casey served as a Vice President and Broker of Record at Weintraub, Casey, Zurkow & Max, Inc. where he specialized in truck terminal and transportation-related real estate transactions. He handled hundreds of industrial real estate transactions, most of which involved sales and leasing of truck terminal facilities throughout the northeastern U.S.
Additionally, Casey has been involved with the valuation, marketing, negotiating and disposition of fee owned and leasehold property portfolios for various districts of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of companies such as St. Johnsbury Trucking Co., Inc., Preston Trucking Co. and Consolidated Freightways, Inc., to name just a few.
Casey, a graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in economics, works out of the Somerset, N.J. office.
