Baltimore, Md. – KLNB, the full-service commercial real estate brokerage, has elected Jennifer Price as a principal of the firm. As the firm’s leading expert in high-street retail and urban-mixed use development, Price is known for representing high profile projects such as the Asana Partners Portfolio, in Alexandria, Va.; Harbor Point, in Baltimore, Md.; Jamestown’s Ballston Exchange, in Ballston, Va.; and the Whitman Walker redevelopment, in Washington, D.C, among others. She is also known for handling the rollouts for major high street brands such as Kit + Ace, Lululemon, Tory Burch and West Elm. In her new role, Price will continue her work within KLNB’s retail division, representing a variety of national and local landlords and tenants across the Washington, D.C. metro area. She will also continue to lead and strengthen the firm’s niche in representing independent, woman-owned restaurants and retailers.
“It’s brokers like Jenn who make KLNB such a special place to work,” said Andy Georgelakos, principal and managing partner of KLNB. “She’s demonstrated hard work, an entrepreneurial spirit and an uncanny skill for identifying unique concepts that have an ability to scale. She’s honed that talent and become one of KLNB’s foremost authorities on high-street retail and urban-mixed use,” he continued. “We are proud of her and her accomplishments and it’s a joy to have her join our team as a principal and owner of the firm.”
Price has also been developing a niche in representing independent, woman-owned businesses and helping them scale their locations across multiple markets. She has worked with specialty woman-owned restaurants and retailers such as Chaia, Follain and Varnish Lane.
“Being a go-to resource for woman-owned businesses, and having the opportunity to be a part of their journeys from beginning to end, is one of the most rewarding parts of my work,” said Price. “At KLNB we take pride in using our expertise to help foster local businesses and provide value to our business community. I’m looking forward to continuing our work with woman-owned businesses and specialty retailers as I step into my new role as principal.”
Price is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. She earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from the College of Arts and Sciences at Ohio University.
