Kip Paul Receives First Annual Cushman & Wakefield Commerce President’s Award
SALT LAKE CITY—March 2, 2017— Cushman & Wakefield Commerce today announced that the recipient of the annual Cushman & Wakefield Commerce President’s Award is Kip Paul, executive director – investment sales in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Paul was presented the award by Jeff Eaton, president of Cushman & Wakefield Commerce. “There’s no one who represents our company and our values better than Kip,” said Eaton. “When I think about our cultural foundation of delivering exceptional value to clients, creating a special place for employees and serving the community and the industry, Kip is a great role model.”
The award is a part of the company’s employee recognition program. As one of the company’s top producing broker for many years, Paul serves as a mentor to many brokers in the company. He adds this latest award to a long list of industry accolades including his recognition from the CCIM Institute’s Utah Chapter as “Utah’s Top Investment Broker of the Year” six years in a row. Paul serves on the board for several non-profit organizations and is on the advisory board to the University of Utah’s Real Estate Program. He also funded a scholarship with CREW-Utah to encourage women to become commercial real estate professionals.
