King Industrial Realty of Florida/CORFAC International Completes Two Large Industrial Leases
Jacksonville, FL (September 18, 2014) – King Industrial Realty/CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Jacksonville, FL and Atlanta GA metropolitan markets, today announced the completion of 183,000 square feet of industrial leases in two Southeast regional transactions.
Jeff Graham, SIOR, from King Industrial Realty of Florida/CORFAC International and Jason McCart of King Industrial Realty/CORFAC International in Atlanta represented the landlord, Dietrich Gross Trust, in an 83,000-square-foot lease to Specialty Rolled Metals LLC for a building located at 975 Progress Center Drive, Lawrenceville, GA.
Specialty Rolled Metals leased the industrial space for 60 months for an undisclosed rental rate. The company plans to relocate from Gainesville, GA and take occupancy October 1.
“This building is a specialized building built for the steel service center industry and the tenant found it to be exactly what they needed,” said Graham.
Graham also represented U.S. Lumber Group in a 100,528-square-foot lease renewal in a property at 4627 J.P. Hall Boulevard, Suite 107, Green Cove Springs, FL. The industrial building is owned by Green Cove LLC.
The new lease term, which went into effect this month, is a five-year deal for an undisclosed rental rate, reports Graham.
