SADDLE BROOK, N.J. (January 10, 2013) –KBS Realty Advisors and its affiliated companies are proud to announce that two of its properties have received high ratings for sustainability. They are:
· Metropolitan Center, One Meadowlands Plaza, East Rutherford, N.J., which achieved LEED EB Gold certification in 2011 and an EnergyStar rating in 2012.
