Kaltech Purchases 19,131 Square Foot Berger Lane Industrial Building
Newmark Grubb ACRES is pleased to announce the sale of the 19,131 square foot Berger Lane industrial building condo located at 273 West Berger Lane in Murray, Utah.
The buyer, Kaltech USA, is associated with the mining industry and was represented by Newmark Grubb ACRES Senior Vice President Jeff Heaton, CCIM, SIOR, and Industrial Specialist Eli Priest. The seller, National Wood Products, was represented by Executive Vice President Jim Sheldon of Newmark Grubb Acres and Jeff Heaton. The acquisition first took root in 2012 when the buyer executed a lease with an option to purchase.
