In July turnover of the largest shopping mall in Ukraine Lavina Mall increased by 14%
Tenants’ revenue in Lavina Mall increased by 14% during July when compared with June of this year.
“Even though the turnover did not grow as much as in June, it still showed a significant growth in July, the worst month for retailers, and this shatters existing retail stereotypes. Lavina Mall, the largest shopping and entertainment center in Ukraine, confirms its status as the main fashion destination of Kyiv every single month,” — said Vitaliy Boyko, CEO of NAI Ukraine.
Mothercare, OVS Kids and SMYK showed the best revenue growth due to the stores’ extensive range of products, as well as school holidays, growing tourist flow to the Galaxy family entertainment park, and preparation for the new school year.
