Josh Buchholz of NAI San Diego awarded The Daily Transcript's Top 40 Under 40

Our own Josh Buchholz was recently awarded with the San Diego Transcripts annual Top 40 Under 40 Report. This is the second year in a row that Josh has been recognized and we'd like to congratulate him on another successful year!

Josh Buchholz offers a unique and personal view of leasing and management to his Clients in the commercial real estate industry.  After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from San Diego State University he began his real estate career with the Abbey Company, personally managing three Class A Office Towers in the City of Commerce, California. He transferred into his brokerage career by joining NAI San Diego back in 2005 and has specialized in the leasing and sale of commercial office properties in San Diego, primarily in the downtown and central office markets.  Josh has had a successful track record of leasing millions of square feet of office space by completing over 100 transactions annually. This includes transactions representing such notable landlords as Bosa Development, C-III Realty Partners, Wells Fargo, Peregrine Realty Partners, Pepsi and Douglas Wilson Co., to name a few. In the fourth quarter of 2016 he was successful in bringing one of his downtown listings to 100% occupancy. Another notable transaction was the sale of a 27,611 square foot redevelopment site located in Little Italy, San Diego. In 2012 and 2014, he was recognized as NAI San Diego’s Top Producer of the Year and he has recently been made the youngest partner of his firm.  Outside of the office Josh is heavily involved with the San Diego Rotary Club 33 where he works on the fish across the borders committee delivering food and clothing to needy families in Mexico.  He also enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, surfing, camping, hiking or anything else that will keep him active and outdoors.
