John Son Closes $3.1 Million Deal on Behalf of Buyer of Two Retail Buildings

 John Son of the Lee & Associates – Orange office has successfully negotiated and assisted in negotiating 6,664 square feet of retail space in Apple Valley for his client.

The $3,085,000 deal was for a ground lease for Jack in the Box and a fee simple interest of El Pollo Loco. The NNN investment escrow closed in 45 days, had a 5.38% Cap, and there are 14 years remaining in the lease term for JIB and EPL.

The properties are located at 15818 & 15824 Apple Valley Road in the Inland Empire region of North San Bernardino County. The buildings were built in 2009 with surface parking and have nearby access to the 15 Freeway.
