JLL’s James Vesey to Provide Investment Outlook at Annual Meeting of TriState REALTORS®/Brokers Commercial Alliance

To be held Nov. 1 at PECO Energy Hall in Philadelphia, meeting will showcase membership benefits

Benefits of being a member of the TriState REALTORS®/Brokers Commercial Alliance will be showcased at a special event on Nov. 1, when the leading advocate and provider of continuing education for commercial real estate practitioners in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware will host an annual membership meeting at PECO Energy Hall, 2301 Market Street, Lower Level, in Philadelphia.

James Vesey, a managing director with Jones Lang LaSalle’s Capital Markets Group, will serve as the featured speaker at the event, which kicks off with registration at 11 a.m. Vesey will offer a commercial real estate investment outlook during his presentation, “What is trading in Philadelphia,” touching on various topics such as investor targets, desired asset classes, lending parameters, and valuation metrics.

Registration will be followed by opening remarks and networking at 11:30, with lunch provided at noon by PECO, an electric and natural gas utility subsidiary of Exelon Corporation that serves 1.6 million electric and 494,000 natural gas customers in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Vesey’s presentation will begin at 12:30 p.m., and the event will conclude with networking and raffles from 1 to 1:30 p.m.

Energy Hall can be accessedvia the stairs in the building’s lobby. Guests and potential membersare encouraged to attend. The cost is $15 for membersand $25 for non-members.
