J.C. ANDERSON, INC. SELECTED TO COMPLETE FULL-FLOOR BUILD-OUT FOR MILLENNIUM TRUST
(Elmhurst, Illinois) – J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm was selected to complete a 20,000 square foot office build-out for Millennium Trust Company within Commerce Plaza, located at 2001 Spring Road in Oak Brook, Illinois.
This is the second project for J.C. Anderson, Inc. with Millennium Trust. The firm also renovated Millennium Trust’s existing office space on another floor within the building in 2012. In order to accommodate the firm’s growth, J.C. Anderson has been tasked with the interior build-out to the firm’s additional space on the third floor. This full-floor remodel includes the construction of open work spaces, private offices, training areas and a large multi-purpose room.
Dan Burnette is the project manager for the build-out and Ryan Kingsmill is the project superintendent for J. C. Anderson, Inc. Cannon Design is providing the architectural services and CBRE is the project manager.
