J.C. ANDERSON, INC. SELECTED TO COMPLETE 70,000 SQUARE FOOT BUILD-OUT FOR OMRON CORPORATION
(Elmhurst, Illinois) – J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm was selected to complete a 70,000 square foot, three-floor office build-out for Omron Corporation in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.
Omron, a global leader in automation, is relocating its North and South America Group Head Office from Schaumburg, Illinois to the Greenspoint Office Park in northwest suburban Hoffman Estates. Located at 2895 Greenspoint, Omron will occupy the first three floors of the office building. Andrea VanGelder and Sean Reynolds with JLL represented Omron in the relocation.
J.C. Anderson, Inc. was selected by construction manager, JLL, to complete the 70,000 square foot build-out on behalf of Omron. The project is fast-tracked for a ten-week start-to-finish completion and includes the build-out of open office areas, private offices and conference rooms. J.C. Anderson, Inc. will also incorporate a training center, fitness room, lunch room and laboratory facilities. The space will feature high-end finishes, wood slat ceilings and decorative metal screens throughout.
Tom Raveret is the project manager and Marty Powers is the project superintendent for J. C. Anderson, Inc. and Gensler is providing the architectural services. Construction is scheduled for completion in June 2014.
