J.C. Anderson, Inc. Completes Build-Out for Highland Solutions at Chicago Board of Trade
(Elmhurst, Illinois) – J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has completed an office build-out for Highland Solutions at 141 W. Jackson Boulevard (Chicago Board of Trade) in Chicago.
Founded in 1998, Highland Solutions is a Chicago-based software consultant and development firm. The firm hired J.C. Anderson, Inc. to complete a 7,800 square foot renovation to its office space at Chicago Board of Trade. The construction included the addition of large conference rooms, private offices, shared workstations, huddle rooms and a pantry/break area. Construction also featured writable walls in the collaborative work areas, angled glass office fronts, overhanging drywall soffits as well as high-end finishes throughout.

Located in Chicago’s Loop, Chicago Board of Trade was built in 1930 and was designated a historic landmark in 1978. The building is widely known for its art deco architecture and state-of-the-art infrastructure. J.C. Anderson, Inc.’s John Angelovich was the project executive and Matt Kantro was the project manager. Architectural services were provided by Andres Quiros of Perkins+Will.
