Jack Fersko Addresses Solar Energy Issues at American Bar Association Event

The American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law held its 24th Annual Spring CLE Symposia on May 2-3, 2013 in Washington, DC. The theme for this year’s Symposia was “The Inside Track/The Inside Tract.”

Mr. Fersko is an active member of the ABA as a member of the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section, serving on the Corporate Sponsorship Committee, as chair of the Government Submissions Task Force, and as a member of the Green Leasing Task Force.
