WEST ORANGE, N.J (November 16, 2012)— The Industrial and Office Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA) will host its annual holiday party Monday, December 3rd from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the Highlawn Pavilion in West Orange, New Jersey. This year’s event will be co-sponsored with CoreNet Global.
“Everyone always looks forward to our holiday event. It is a wonderful evening of networking with guests catching-up and reflecting on the state of the commercial real estate market in 2012, and making predications for the new year,” stated W. Joshua Levering, SIOR, 2012-2013president of IOREBAand senior vice presidentof NAI/James E. Hanson. “This year we are holding a 50/50 raffle with all proceeds benefiting the American Red Cross’ Hurricane Sandy New Jersey Relief Fund. We look forward to seeing all of our friends and colleagues, and welcome their generosity to this amazing cause as well,” he added.
The event takes place on the top floor of the Highlawn Pavilion with its unmatched panoramic views of New Jersey and the Manhattan skyline. Features of the party include an open bar with heavy hors d’oeuvres, a carving station and a raw bar. IOREBA is again extending its appreciation to all brokers, real estate developers and owners, and requesting their attendance at this holiday event. It is noted attendance is limited to the first 250 persons to register.
