IOREBA to Host Networking Event on October 29th at Woodbridge Renaissance Hotel









—A Panel of Professionals Will Speak About NJ’s

Distressed Commercial Real Estate Market—

PARSIPPANY, N.J (October 11, 2012)—The Industrial and Office Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA) will host a networking event on Monday, October 29th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Renaissance Woodbridge Hotel in Iselin, New Jersey.  Stuart J. Glick, Esq., a member of Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. and chair of its Secured Creditor Litigation Practice Group,will moderate a panel of expert speakers on the topic of the current and future trends of NJ’s distressed commercial real estate market.  Jonathan Schultz, co-founder and managing principal of Onyx Equities, LLC, along with other panelists, will lead the discussion.

“The panel for this evening’s event will discuss an extremely topical subject in every commercial real estate professional’s mind today,” stated W. Joshua Levering, SIOR, 2012-2013president of IOREBAand senior vice presidentof NAI/James E. Hanson.  “Stuart and Jonathan are experts in representing lenders and court-appointed receivers in complex asset recovery and disposition proceedings, and will be very informative for the audience,” he added.

The event begins with networking and cocktail hour from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., followed by a buffet dinner with the presentation by the panel of speakers and a short question and answer session.
