IOREBA to Host Annual State of the Market Dinner at the NY Athletic Club in NYC
IOREBA TO HOST ANNUAL STATE OF THE MARKET DINNER
AT THE NEW YORK ATHLETIC CLUB IN NYC

PARSIPPANY, N.J (January 8, 2013)—The Industrial and Office Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA) will host the annual State of the Market dinner and networking event on Monday, January 28th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the New York Athletic Club in New York City. The event will be co-hosted with the SIOR NJ/NY Downstate Region chapter.
Speakers for the evening, who will discuss the state of the nation’s commercial real estate market, include the international president of SIOR for 2012-2013, Mr. Terry Smith, SIOR, CCIM. Terry is executive vice president and partner of Colliers International; and has over 30 years of experience in the commercial, industrial and investment real estate markets. Also speaking will be Mr. Peter McNally, managing director of BlackRock Real Estate Global Client Group. Mr. McNally is responsible for all capital-raising activity and client relations for approximately 300 institutional clients at BlackRock.
“It is a new year in many senses of the commercial real estate marketplace. We have just finished the election, banks are lending, and our CRE market is showing some very positive signs. It is a perfect time to come and hear from two experts in the field on their particular insights of what the future really holds. Both will be addressing varying aspects of the state of our national and international commercial real estate markets,” stated W. Joshua Levering, SIOR, 2012-2013president of IOREBAand senior vice presidentof NAI/James E. Hanson. “These extremely knowledgeable panelists will touch on several industry trends and shed light on what may be in store for 2013. This is an annual event, and we always look forward to co-hosting this event with SIOR. It is a great night of learning and networking with our colleagues,” Levering added.
The event begins with a cocktail and networking hour from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., followed by dinner and presentations by the guest speakers, followed by a short question and answer session.
