—Event Once Again Benefits The Community Food Bank of New Jersey’s “Move For Hunger” Program—

WEST ORANGE, N.J. (MAY 13, 2015)—On Tuesday, June 16th , the Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA), will host the 2015 Jeffrey Siegel Memorial Golf and Tennis Outing at the Crestmont Country Club in West Orange, NJ.  Crestmont Country Club features a championship, award-winning 72-par golf course designed by famous Scottish architect, Donald Ross.

IOREBA’s annual golf and tennis outing is one of the most popular in New Jersey’s commercial real estate industry, and brings the New Jersey real estate community together for a relaxing and fun-filled day of golf, tennis, food, spirits and networking.

This year’s event will once again benefit The Community Food Bank of New Jersey’s “Move For Hunger” program—a program dedicated to helping fight the nation’s growing hunger problem.  All guests are invited to bring unopened, non-perishable food items to donate to the organization, or monetary tax deductible donations are also welcomed.

“It is that time of year again for IOREBA’s annual golf and tennis outing.  After several years of hosting the event at the Essex County Country Club, this year we are changing venues—we are confident all of our colleagues and guests will thoroughly enjoy this new location at Crestmont Country Club,” stated Adam Silver, IOREBA’s 2014-15 President and Managing Director of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.  “On behalf of our Board of Directors, I welcome all of our colleagues and friends in the commercial real estate industry to join us at this highly anticipated event, and encourage you to show your support of our state’s ‘Move For Hunger’ program,” he added.

In addition to an outstanding day of golf, tennis and networking, IOREBA will host a lunch on the terrace, open bar and dinner, as well as various activities throughout the day.  This year there are prizes for golfers on all par three holes including a $10,000 hole-in-one cash prize.  Golfers also have the chance to win $5,000 in the putting contest.  In addition, there will be a 50/50 dinner raffle and several giveaways.  The IOREBA board of directors also will make presentations throughout dinner, and the incoming president and new slate of officers for the 2015-2016 year will be announced.

“This year’s outing is being planned by an extraordinary group of people from the commercial real estate community.  Special recognition goes to Jeffrey Furey, Jonathan Glick, Jeff Greif, Maryln Zucoksky and Jason Bogart, whom are all dedicated to continuing this outstanding tradition,” added Silver.

Check-in and registration for the event begins at 11:00 a.m., with a 1:30 p.m. shotgun start for the golf tournament.  The tennis tournament begins at 2:00 p.m.  Open bar begins at 6:00 p.m., and dinner at 7:00 p.m.  Pre-register for this event online at  Event sponsorship information can be obtained by contacting Jonathan Glick at 908.568.7188, or online at  For more information on “Move For Hunger,” please visit
