IOREBA HOLDS CONTINUING EDUCATION CLASS IN ROSELAND, NEW JERSEY
—Class Focused on Core Principals and Updates in NJ Real Estate—
ROSELAND, N.J (MAY 29, 2012)—The Industrial and Office Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA) recently hosted a NJ Continuing Education Real Estate Core class at Mountain Development Corp.’s building located at 56 Livingston Avenue in Roseland, New Jersey. The event, attended by 85 NJ commercial real estate salespeople and brokers, was taught by industry veteran John W. Kuhn, a member of IOREBA and founder of Commercial Property Agents, LCC, a commercial real estate brokerage firm.

The NJ Real Estate Commission-approved course focused on core principles and updates in the NJ commercial real estate marketplace including NJREC rules and regulation , agency, escrow and trust account procedures, environmental issues, disclosure, legal issues, fair housing laws and ethics. Mountain Development also gave participants an exclusive tour of the 433,000-square-foot Class A office building, which is being marketed for lease.
