IOREBA Donates $10,500 to Monmouth University’s Kislak Real Estate Institute

Somerset, N.J. (October 15, 2012)—The Industrial and Office Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA) recently made a $10,500 donation to Monmouth University’s Kislak Real Estate Institute.  The check was presented to the organization at its ninth annual golf outing, which was held at the Hollywood Golf Club in Deal, New Jersey. 

“IOREBA started contributing to Monmouth University’s Kislak Real Estate Institute in 2009 and since that time, we have donated $54,500 to the organization, which was raised during our annual Developer Night events,” said David A. Simon, SIOR, 2011-2012president of IOREBAand executive managing directorof Cassidy Turley.  “The money raised for the Institute is part of a scholarship fund which helps support individuals who are interested in furthering their education in the real estate industry.  We are pleased to make this donation and support this cause, and we look forward to continuing to work with the Institute in the future,” he added.

Monmouth University’s Real Estate Institute was founded in 1992, and renamed the Kislak Real Estate Institute in 2006.  The institute is the sole provider of executive real estate education in the State of New Jersey,
