Intercon Sells Building, Purchases Honeyville Facility
Newmark Grubb ACRES (NGA) is pleased to announce that Intercon has sold its building to Land Advisors and has purchased the Honeyville Grain Building.
The former Intercon building is 61,630 SF and located at 1811 W Alexander Street at the Decker Lake Business Complex in West Valley City, Utah.
The Honeyville distribution facility is 193,658 SF and located at 635 N Billy Mitchell Road inside the Salt Lake International Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.
NGA Vice President Luke Burbank represented Intercon in both transactions. NGA Executive Vice President Kyle Roberts, CCIM, SIOR, represented the seller, Price Realty Group (PRG), in the Honeyville sale.
Intercon is a wholesale furniture company. Founded in 1976, Intercon has since become an industry leader in designing and manufacturing wood home furnishings with headquarters in Salt Lake City, two domestic warehouses in Lexington, North Carolina, and Fife, Washington, as well as two overseas warehouses in Vietnam and Malaysia.
