Industrial Park Located off Gilliam Road under New Ownership
Greer, South Carolina (November 15, 2018) – Grice Hunt, SIOR, Clay Williams, and Ford Borders, SIOR of NAI Earle Furman represented The Taft Family Office and Appian-Gilliam, LLC, in their purchase of a 23.5-acre (294,590/SF) industrial park located off Gilliam Road near the Inland Port. The site now has a new owner, a new name, and also a newly constructed ±100,000 SF speculative building. The park is currently 60% leased and has ±147,045 SF available for lease with direct rail access.
NAI Earle Furman facilitated the transaction and will be handling the management and marketing of the project, overseeing a substantial rebranding effort to reintroduce the park as The Inland Distribution Center.
The Inland Distribution Center is strategically located a few miles off Interstate 85 and neighbors the SC Ports Authority’s Inland Port. The park is positioned to serve a wide variety of uses from warehouse distribution to light manufacturing. The new owner’s goal is to provide a turnkey experience to users in need of cost-effective and highly functional space.
