Hotel Site in Imperial Beach Sold for $5.5 Million

SAN DIEGO, Calif. – DEC 17 – Located at 1046 Seacoast Drive and bounded by Imperial Beach Blvd, Ebony Avenue and the Pacific Ocean in the Town of Imperial Beach, California. This 37,800 square foot parcel has been approved by the City of Imperial Beach for a 79 room Boutique Hotel with 115 underground parking spaces and 10,000 square feet of meeting, convention and restaurant space. The property has unobstructed ocean views and direct immediate beach access. An apartment complex currently occupies the property with current income to the property owner. The buyer was Imperial Beach Resort, LLC and the seller was the William R. Mundt Trust. Richard Murdock, SIOR, CCIM, principal of Lee & Associates’ San Diego office, handled the transaction.
