Holly Neber of AEI Consultants to Serve on CREW Network Board of Directors
CREW Network exists to influence the success of the commercial real estate industry by advancing the achievements of women.
WALNUT CREEK, Calif.—AEI Consultants, a leading environmental assessment and engineering firm that provides commercial lenders and property owners with consulting expertise and services, announced that Holly Neber, the firm’s president, has been selected for the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network board of directors. The announcement was made at the 2015 CREW Network Convention and Marketplace. Neber and the other incoming board members will officially take office in January 2016, and will hold their terms for two years.
CREW Network is the industry’s premier business networking organization and seeks to influence the success of the commercial real estate industry by focusing on four key initiatives: business development, leadership development, industry research and career outreach. Neber became involved in the East Bay CREW chapter in 2009, and has served at the chapter level on committees and as chapter president in 2014. She has also served on national committees, most recently assisting with program development for the CREW national convention.
“I am delighted and honored to be elected to the board of CREW Network. As a project manager who worked my way into leadership roles at AEI, CREW has provided me with, by far, the best opportunity for hands-on leadership development outside of my workplace, and with broader connections with professionals in my region and throughout the membership,” said Holly Neber, president of AEI Consultants. “Through CREW, I’ve benefited from access to top professionals across the country, access to the latest industry intelligence on trends that affect our business, and I’ve been continually inspired to take on new challenges by the superstars who form the CREW network.”
Neber is a past president and board member of East Bay CREW and previously served as CREW Cares Chair and Communications Chair, as well as serving on the CREW Network Nominating Committee and the Member Education Committee for the 2015 convention. She is also active as an affiliate member of the Environmental Bankers Association (EBA), the National Engineering and Environmental Due Diligence Association (NEEDDA), California Mortgage Bankers Association (CMBA), and SPUR Oakland. Earlier this year, Neber was named among Real Estate Forum’s California Women of Influence.
