Hollister Promotes Andrew Devennie to Senior Estimator
Hollister Construction Services, a leading full-service construction manager specializing in corporate, educational, healthcare, industrial, retail and residential construction, has promoted Andrew Devennie to Senior Estimator. Earlier this year, he was honored by the firm with its Robert Duff Estimator of the Year Award.
Devennie has served as an estimator with Hollister for more than two years. In December 2014, Hollister management selected Devennie to receive its Robert Duff Estimator of the Year Award for his consistent ability to secure top projects and meet client needs in an exemplary manner. He was also the first-ever employee selected for the Hollister Employee Spotlight, a new feature honoring a new employee each month.
His recent work includes LifeTown Village, a 50,000-square-foot mock village for disabled children that was designed to simulate real-life experiences. Devennie, through value engineering, successfully secured more than $1 million in savings for the Livingston, N.J., project. In two years, Devennie has procured substantial savings on over 35 projects for Hollister’s clients.

Prior to joining Hollister, Devennie earned his bachelor’s degree in architecture from Temple University. He continues to advance his education through professional development. Devennie has participated in a number of classes, including a 3D Modeling class at SCHACK Institute of Real Estate at New York University.

Outside of his efforts at Hollister, Devennie continues to exhibit his leadership by participating in a range of volunteer opportunities, including working as a mentor at a number of correctional facilities, and volunteering at a local food bank. Hollister employees are encouraged to engage in volunteer work, as Hollister considers community giving a vital part of its corporate culture.
