“We were driven to open this new office by our commitment to our clients and future projects throughout the region. Trenton is a city that continues to grow and develop, and we are positioning ourselves to service current and future clients,” stated Christopher Johnson, CEO of Hollister Construction Services. “We have assigned Brian Lemchak as Hollister’s market leader to oversee operations and ensure that our client service in this region exceeds all expectations. Hollister is transforming the former Trenton Times building into a premier 21st Century School that is scheduled to open in September 2016. Another key project is the renovation of 400 Alexander Park, a 71,300sf property in Princeton, NJ. The project, which will pursue LEED certification, includes a complete overhaul of the property’s interior and exterior.

“Rejuvenating landmarked buildings and transforming them into impressive structures is something that we love to do and are proud of. We are confident that the new International Academy of Trenton Charter School will be the first of many in Trenton,” stated Johnson. “Hollister has been part of the city of Newark’s revitalization process and we would love to bring to Trenton the success we are having in Newark.”
