Hollister Construction Services Continues Strategic Growth With Two Key Personnel Appointments
Hollister Construction Services (Hollister), a leading full-service construction manager specializing in corporate, educational, healthcare, industrial, retail, and residential construction, recently announced that Vincent Solano has been promoted to Vice-President, Pre-Construction and that Thomas M. Easse has been hired as Senior Project Manager.

With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Solano joined Hollister in 2009 as Chief Estimator. In his new role, he leads the pre-construction and estimating team, providing expert guidance regarding design intent, scheduling, budget, value engineering, materials and more, with a mandate to ensure client satisfaction from a project’s inception to the its transition to the delivery team. Previously, Mr. Solano worked with Eastman Construction Co., Carson and Roberts Site Construction and The Holder Group.
Mr. Easse joins Hollister with more than 26 years of project management experience in the construction industry. He has managed all aspects of multi-million dollar commercial construction projects, including healthcare, retail, public and private office building, warehouses, historical renovations and tenant fit-outs. Prior to joining Hollister Mr. Easse worked as a Director of Construction Management at Picatinny Arsenal and as a Senior Project Manager at several highly regarded construction companies.
Hollister’s current projects include three separate residential buildings that the company is constructing in Teachers Village, a revitalization project to transform Newark, NJ’s downtown. Its recently completed work includes a 180,000-square-foot, temperature-controlled facility at 52-62 Cornelia Street in Newark’s East Ward, which serves as a distribution center for Wakefern Food Corp.; Damascus Bakeries’ new 72,000-square-foot bakery facility at 60 McClellan Street in Newark; Newark Collegiate Academy, a 63,855-square-foot charter high school located at 18-36 Norfolk Street; and the Scott Flamm Center For Afterschool Development, a comprehensive renovation of the headquarters of the All Stars Project at 33 Washington Street in Newark.
Other recent projects include the construction and interior fit-out of Pinnacle Foods Group's newly opened headquarters at 399 Jefferson Road in Parsippany, N.J., which was selected as one of the winners of Inc. Magazine's 2012 "World's Coolest Offices" contest. Using donated funds and work-in-kind services, the company also recently completed a pro bono residential renovation that made significant modifications and added an elevator to the Westfield, N.J. house of an 11-year-old girl who uses a wheelchair.
