HFF honored at Dallas Business Journal’s “Best Deals of 2015” banquet
DALLAS, TX – May 11, 2016 – Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) announced today that it has been honored by the Dallas Business Journal at its 24th annual “Best Deals of 2015” awards banquet held Thursday, April 28th at the Omni Dallas.
HFF was presented the “Best Urban Office” award for its role in the financing of Frost Tower Fort Worth, a 278,000-square-foot project, to-be-built at 640 Taylor Street in Fort Worth. The development will include retail, office and parking in a 25-story office tower designed by Bennett Benner Partners for Anthracite Realty Partners, LLC (affiliate of Jetta Operating Company). Jetta Operating Company and Frost Bank will anchor the property.
Additionally, HFF was awarded the “Commercial Property Deal of 2015” for Towers at Williams Square; “Retail Restaurant Deal of 2015” for its role in the land sale of Waterside in Fort Worth; and “Rehab Reuse Deal of 2015” for 1700/1712 Commerce Street Redevelopment in Dallas. HFF was also listed as a finalist for One Dallas Place in the “Rehab Reuse” category and as a finalist for Village on the Parkway in the “Commercial Property Deal of 2015” category.
