HFF closes $27.2 million sale of 30-unit apartment building in Brooklyn
NEW YORK, NY – August 22, 2016 – Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) announced today that it has closed the $27.2 million sale of 333-335 Carroll Street, a newly-redeveloped, 30-unit, Class A boutique apartment building in Brooklyn’s Carroll Gardens neighborhood.
HFF exclusively represented the seller, 333 Carroll Condominium LLC.
Originally built in 1931 as a warehouse loft building, 335 Carroll Street was redeveloped into residences in 2014.
