HFF announces refinancing of Stanford Place II in Denver
DENVER, CO – May 30, 2018 – Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) announces the refinancing of Stanford Place II, an 18-story, 366,184-square-foot Class A office building in the north end of the Denver Technological Center (DTC).
The HFF team worked on behalf of the borrower, an affiliate of Lowe Enterprises Investors, to secure the two-year, floating-rate loan with extension options through a national bridge lender.
Stanford Place II is located at 7979 East Tufts Avenue proximate to Interstates 225 and 25 approximately 10 miles southeast of downtown Denver. The 5.6-acre site is easily accessible to executive housing in the Denver suburbs and the Denver International Airport and is surrounded by more than 10 million square feet of office space in the DTC. Completed in 1982, the building has been institutionally maintained and is leased to 22 tenants with Western Union as a major anchor tenant at the property.
