HENRY "HANK" CRANE JOINS MARCUS & MILLICHAP CAPITAL CORP. AS SENIOR DIRECTOR
AUSTIN, Texas, June 1, 2017 – Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. (MMCC), a leading provider of commercial real estate financing and capital markets expertise, today announced that Henry “Hank” Crane has joined MMCC as a senior director in Austin, Texas.
“Hank’s more than 25 years of debt and equity placement experience, proven ability to source capital from a wide array of lenders and longstanding relationships with major private and institutional investors make him a great fit for our Austin operation,” says Craig Swanson, Regional Manager of Marcus & Millichap’s Austin office. “The addition of Hank to our team furthers our ability to service clients’ financing needs along the entire capital stack.”
Prior to joining MMCC, Crane served as a vice president of BMC Capital where he sourced debt and equity for commercial property owners throughout the Southwest. Previously, Crane practiced law, representing national lenders in matters pertaining to real estate, securities, venture capital and the environment.
Crane graduated from American University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Law School and a Master’s degree in environmental studies from the University of Montana.
Crane is a member of the Austin chapter of the CCIM Institute, the Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (CTCAR), and Austin Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
