Hamilton Plaza in Hamilton, N.J. Now 100 Percent Leased
Discount optical retailer America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses has leased 4,500 square feet at Hamilton Plaza in Hamilton Township, announced Levin Management, exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 175,000-square-foot shopping center. The lease signing brings the Mercer County retail destination to 100 percent occupancy.
Gloria Mercado, Levin's leasing representative, negotiated the long-term lease. David Dunkelman of Soloff Realty served as tenant broker in the transaction.

Anchored by an 80,000-square-foot ShopRite, Hamilton Plaza offers a strong mix of service, retail and food-oriented tenants including A.C. Moore, Sleepy's, Petco, Dollar Tree, Radio Shack, Let's YO!, Hallmark, New Wave Wireless, Moe's Southwest Grill and Texas Roadhouse, among others. Situated at the intersection of Route 33 and White Horse - Hamilton Square Road in Hamilton Township, the center serves a growing residential population of more than 177,000 people within a five-mile radius. The marketplace offers an average household income of more than $87,000, and the daily traffic count exceeds 47,000 vehicles.
A multi-million dollar renovation project was completed recently at Hamilton Plaza.
Levin replaced building façades, added new landscaping, replaced the property's pylon sign and added new monument signs, and reconfigured the parking lot to improve vehicular flow. Other improvements included the addition of two pad sites and a 10,000-square-foot end cap to make the center even more appealing to tenants and shoppers.
A 3,075-square-foot proposed pad site, approved for drive-thru, is available.
