Salon 724 is the latest service-oriented tenant to join the retail mix at Centre Plaza in Bensalem, Pa. The hair salon leased 2,300 square feet at the 43,550-square-foot shopping center, announced Levin Management, Centre Plaza's exclusive leasing and managing agent.
Levin's leasing representative Jordan Korris negotiated the long-term lease.
"Centre Plaza is a very service-oriented shopping center, making Salon 724 a perfect fit with our existing tenant roster," said Korris. "By offering a variety of salon services in a clean and friendly atmosphere, this tenant represents another outstanding option for Centre Plaza shoppers as well as the local community."
Centre Plaza's retail, restaurant and service-oriented tenants include Curves for Women, Domino's Pizza, LabCorp, MGM Financial Strategies Inc., First Federal Savings & Loan, A&S Bagels and Tako Japanese Restaurant. The marketplace offers an average household income of more than $67,000, and the daily traffic count is about 27,000 vehicles.
Prime retail space remains available at Centre Plaza ranging from 1,700 to 10,200 square feet.
Located in Bensalem, the largest municipality in Bucks County, Centre Plaza is ideally positioned just one mile from the Pennsylvania Turnpike at the intersection of a busy county road and city street, and adjacent to Bensalem Public High School. The popular neighborhood shopping center also is in proximity to Parx Casino, the largest casino gaming complex in Pennsylvania.
"For hair salons and other service-oriented retailers, choosing the right location is one of the most important elements to building a successful business," said Michael Cohen, Levin's vice president of leasing. "Centre Plaza's outstanding demographics and access to major highways were a tremendous upside for this tenant."
