Tempe, AZ – PBB-TRG Broadway, LP purchased 31,100 SF for $1,550,000 at Dorsey Crossing, 1223-1225 West Broadway Road. Dave Sampson and Desert Holdings Property Management represented the Seller.
Surprise, AZ – JSBT, LLC purchased 19,100 SF for $717,600 at 10867 North Solar Canyon Way. The industrial building was mostly in shell condition and is located in the Skyway Business Park. Kevin Helland represented the Buyer. GPE Management Services provides property management for Skyway Business Park.
Glendale, AZ – Century City Investments, LLC purchased 1,457 SF at 7124 North 59th Avenue. Kevin Helland, Nicholas A. Pelusio and Katie Hines brokered the transaction.
Tonopah, AZ – Esequias & Esequiel Gonzales purchased 3.525 Acres at 5519 North 411th Avenue. Kevin Helland and Nicholas A. Pelusio represented the Seller.
Phoenix, AZ – The Rita Berglund Trust purchased 21,750 SF for $170,000 at 102 N. 24th Street, 2426 & 2418 East Adams Street. Tim Phillips represented the Seller.
Scottsdale, AZ – SLAKL, LLC purchased 2,184 SF for $185,000 at 8701 East Vista Bonita Drive. Bret Isbell and Russell Fine represented the Seller.
Scottsdale, AZ – Artitalia leased 4,831 SF at 14666 N. 74th St. Tim Phillips represented the Landlord.
