- Smashburger – On behalf of the landlord, The Goldstein Group leased a 2,000 sf space.
- Chipotle – Representing the landlord, The Goldstein Group leased 2,400 sf.
- Verizon – On behalf of the landlord and tenant, The Goldstein Group leased a 1,400 sf space.
The shopping center, located at 150-174 Essex Street, is a prime retail site directly off of Route 17 at a signalized intersection. Neighboring tenants at the location include 7-Eleven, Home Depot, Stop & Shop, Boston Market, Capital One, Pathmark, Dunkin Donuts and National Wholesale Liquidators.
