The Goldstein Group Arranges Sale of 445 TERRILL ROAD in SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ

PARAMUS, N.J. (FEBRUARY 4, 2013) – President Chuck Lanyard of The Goldstein Group announced the firm has successfully brokered the sale of 445 Terrill Road in Scotch Plains, New Jersey, to Covington Realty Partners for $2.95 million.  The seller was RGK Development Inc. which was represented by Vice President Lew Finkelstein and CJ Huter of The Goldstein Group.

The 6,240 s.f. retail building is currently an Advance Auto Parts store and is strategically located in the heart of Scotch Plains.  The adjacent half acre of land to the property, which has the development potential of 4,800 s.f., is currently being marketed for sale by The Goldstein Group.  Neighboring retailers in the area include Sears, Raymour & Flanigan, Verizon, Subway, Popeyes, Rita’s Ice, Jiffy Lube, and Dunkin’ Donuts.
