PARAMUS, NJ (NOVEMBER 17, 2014) – President Chuck Lanyard of The Goldstein Group announced the firm has successfully consummated the sale of a 20,000 SF free standing building located at 39 Kinderkamack Road on 1.31 Acres of land in Westwood, NJ to Opper Group.  The seller was AGO Realty.

Executive Vice President, Lew Finkelstein, and Vice President, CJ Huter, represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.

The property which was formerly occupied by a Chevrolet Dealership will be renovated and occupied by Good Year Tire Center.
