The Feil Organization Announces Lease Renewal With AMB Industries At 551 Fifth Avenue (Fred F. French Building)

New York, NY – August 15, 2012 – The Feil Organization is proud to announce a lease renewal with ABM Industries (NYSE:ABM) for 29,063 square feet at The Fred F. French Building located at 551 Fifth Avenue and 45th Street in Manhattan. Brian Feil and Kevin Driscoll represented The Feil Organization; Rob Martin and Brad Lane of Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. represented the tenant. Brian Palumbo and Michele Frankel worked as in-house legal counsel for Feil.
