EVO Ushers in Active Autumn with 11 Leases
NEW YORK CITY, October 13, 2015 – EVO Real Estate Group, a member of NAI Global, has had a strong start to the fall season, with 11 transactions negotiated in September.
The month’s highlights included:
Arnold Gamberg represented both landlord and tenant in HP Girlswear, Inc.’s lease of 4,000 square feet at 100 West 33rd Street.
Diana Rau Siegal and Manny Syskrot represented Unique Realty in its 3,348-square-foot lease to law firm Dewan and Burke Associates at 36 West 44th Street. Unique Realty owns the floor that contains the office. Neelam Katara of Douglas Elliman Real Estate represented the tenant.
Elliot Klein represented the landlord and tenant in law firm Two Kays Associates Ltd.’s renewal of 2,554 square feet at 276 Fifth Avenue.
Evan Lieberman, along with Michael Dylan of Inceptum, Inc., represented The Wellington Group, LLC, an insurance company, in its lease of 2,500 square feet at 450 Seventh Avenue. Barbara Raskob and Yvonne Chang served as the in-house representatives of the Kaufman Organization, the building’s owner.
Barry Bernstein represented the landlord and tenant in Artemis Partners LLC’s renewal of 1,901 square feet at 347 West 36th Street.
