EDISON, NEW JERSEY (April 3, 2017) – Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading industrial real estate services firm in New Jersey, today announced Keymar Warehouse Inc. has leased 92,000 square feet at 301 West Washington Street, in Riverside, New Jersey, a 250,000-square-foot industrial property.
Leo Esses, senior vice president, and David Posner, senior vice president, of BRC, represented the landlord, Remy Investments LLC, in the transaction. Colliers International represented Keymar Warehouse.

Currently, the property has 100,000 square feet of space available in the remainder of the building, and an additional 100,000 square feet of new space can be constructed on the site.
