Dmitry Shaplyka Joins Massey Knakal's New Jersey Division


Massey Knakal Realty Services is pleased to announce that Dmitry Shaplyka has joined the firm as a Director of Sales focusing on the South Bergen territory.

“We are building a talented team of professionals and are extremely pleased that Dmitry has joined our firm,” stated David A. Simon, SIOR, Executive Managing Director, New Jersey. 

Prior to Massey Knakal, Dmitry was a Business Operations Manager at a boutique real estate vacation rentals investment and management firm focused on the northeast region. In this role, he designed and standardized processes for managing sales, oversaw day-to-day operations, and produced financial and performance reports. Earlier in his career, Dmitry was a Regional Development Manager for Eastern Europe & Russia at an international non-profit in New York, where he managed the operations of eight international branches, launched four new branches, and supervised a team of 24 staff members. He also spent time as a Key-Clients Account Manager at Publicis Hepta Groupe Belarus, overseeing account activities for global brands such as Samsung, PepsiCo and Volkswagen. 

Dmitry earned dual Masters Degrees from Brandeis University, with a Masters of Business Administration concentrating in real estate and a Masters of Arts in Professional Leadership concentrating in non-profit management. He was a recipient of a Graduate Fellowship Award as well as the U.S. Department of State Opportunity Grant Initiative Award. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Choreographic Arts from Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts, where he was a recipient of the Excellence in Sports Award from the President of Belarus. Dmitry speaks Russian and Belorussian.
