Diane Clark Joins NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA – September 20, 2016 -  NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co., a member of the world’s premier managed network of commercial real estate firms, is pleased to announce the addition of Diane Clark as a Commercial Associate, specializing in tenant and landlord representation for the purchase, sale or lease of office space.  Ms. Clark commands a wealth of knowledge having solid relationships with the South Florida business community ensuring that her client’s real estate needs are met and marketed effectively.  Ms. Clark’s marketing strategy includes internet marketing, direct mail targeting, property signage, and through networking commercial real estate opportunities she generates qualified prospects.  Ms. Clark utilizes NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co.’s vast database of potential candidates to meet her client’s objectives.  Diane’s experience in negotiating high level contracts gives her clients an edge in securing favorable lease, sale and purchase agreement terms.

As a resident of South Florida for over thirty years, Diane Clark has extensive knowledge of the Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach markets.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Clark managed media sales teams in Dade County for The Miami Herald Publishing Company, a McClatchy holding.  In this leadership role, she worked with individual retailers including Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s and Lord & Taylor, hospitals and area businesses that included Xfinity/Comcast and City Furniture to provide solutions to their advertising and marketing needs, while educating them about the nuances and complexity of the South Florida market.

Following Ms. Clark’s fourteen year career with The Miami Herald, she moved to Broward County and accepted the position of Sales Director for Tribune Company’s South Florida Sun Sentinel.  Based in Fort Lauderdale, Diane managed $40M in advertising revenue, annually.

Ms. Clark has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business & Marketing from Michigan State University and a Master’s degree from the University of Miami’s Executive MBA program.  Additionally, she is a graduate of Harvard University’s Program on Negotiation.
