DEVELOPERS LAUNCH SALES FOR THE JEFFERSON IN THE EAST VILLAGE
NEW YORK, NY, April 29, 2013 –The sales effort has launched at The Jefferson, a new eight-story, 83-home luxury condominium building located at 211 East 13thStreet in Manhattan’s East Village.
Named after the historic Jefferson Theatre that once occupied its site between Second and Third Avenues, The Jefferson features a collection of well-appointed studio, one-, two- and three bedroom residences -- including limited-edition duplexes with private backyards.
