Details Unveiled For Montclair’s Valley & Bloom
LCOR, along with co-developer The Pinnacle Companies, refines plans for the vibrant mixed-use community that marks Phase I of the Montclair Center Gateway Redevelopment Plan

A dynamic mixed-use community that will establish a striking and inviting entrance to the area’s lively downtown, Valley & Bloom furthers the township’s goal of fostering Montclair’s growth as a thriving, walkable live/work destination.

Located at 638 Bloomfield Avenue, Valley & Bloom is comprised of two buildings that will include a total of 258 apartments ranging from studio to two-bedroom layouts. The mixed-use community will also offer 19,709 sq. ft. of office space, 21,372 sq. ft. of retail space and 571 parking spaces.
Designed for LEED certification, Valley & Bloom will feature a number of sustainable design elements including homes with Energy Star appliances, specially insulated Energy Star windows and water use reduction for kitchen and bath fixtures including low-flow toilets, specially designed dishwashers and shower heads.
Additional green features include on-site renewable energy sources; green roofs with plantings that reduce energy costs, assist in rainwater collection and reduce air pollution; non-smoking building policy; and shuttle access to Montclair’s public transportation options. Alternate energy sources, including solar panel systems, are being explored.

Valley & Bloom will offer residents an array of top of the line amenities that complement this mixed-use development. Select amenities include a fitness center with a separate room for dance or yoga, resident lounge with Wi-Fi, gaming area, children’s playroom and a total of four landscaped outdoor spaces, including two roof deck spaces and two interior courtyards.
