Dermody Properties Welcomes Jennifer Yonchuk

Dermody Properties, a national industrial real estate firm headquartered in Reno, Nev., has hired Jennifer Yonchuk as marketing and property management associate for the East Region Office, located in West Conshohocken, Penn. Yonchuk brings extensive real estate marketing and property management experience to Dermody Properties.

Yonchuk is responsible for marketing, event planning and office administration, as well as property management support for the Dermody Properties East Region Office.

Before joining Dermody Properties, Yonchuk was a leasing and marketing associate at Liberty Property Trust, an international real estate investment trust based in Malvern, Penn. While in that position, Yonchuk helped to manage marketing and leasing for more than four million square feet of office, industrial and flex properties. Yonchuk’s extensive experience and understanding of industrial real estate will be highly valuable to the Dermody Properties team.

Dermody Properties is a privately held, industrial real estate development company. Founded and headquartered in Reno, Nev., the company has a national development reach, served by its regional offices in Chicago, Philadelphia, Phoenix and Portland. Yonchuk will be located in the Philadelphia office.
