Denholtz Associates Secures Long-Term Tenant for 20,090-Sq.-Ft. Flex-Industrial Building in Bound Brook, N.J.
Bound Brook, N.J. – Denholtz Associates, a privately held, fully integrated real estate development, investment and management company, has signed a long-term lease with Topflight Jr. Sports Academy, Inc., a gymnastics/cheerleading instruction company, to occupy 20,090-square-feet of the corner building located at 2W Chimney Rock Road in Bound Brook, N.J.
The building, which fronts on Route 22 and Chimney Rock Road, has tremendous visibility and increased value due to the planned construction of a shopping center across the street and four-way interchange. Located in Bridgewater Industrial Park, at the intersection of Routes 202/206, I-287 and I-78, Building 2W provides easy access to the Garden State Parkway and New Jersey Turnpike as well as the Bridgewater Commons Mall, outstanding dining choices, banks, hotels and conference centers. In addition to teaching cheerleading and gymnastics, Topflight will host children’s birthday parties and other youth focused events.
