Denholtz Associates Inks Leases with Property Management Office at Downtown Orlando Office Building


Orlando, Fla. (January 9, 2017) – Denholtz Associates, a privately held, fully integrated real estate development, investment and management company, has announced a lease with Cite Partners, LLC for 5,226 square feet of space at their 100 East Pine Street office building in Orlando, Fla.

Founded in 2014, Cite Partners is an Orlando-based commercial real estate firm specializing in brokerage, property management and development. Denholtz Associates has built a strong relationship with Cite Partners and has utilized their brokerage services for several years. The firm will be using their new 100 East Pine space as a property management office to better serve clients throughout the Orlando submarket.

100 East Pine Street is an 80,000-square-foot, six-story office building in the heart of downtown Orlando. Since acquiring the building, Denholtz Associates has embarked on a $1.3 million renovation of the property including completely renovating the building lobby, reconfiguring and modernizing the building’s common corridors and upgrading the mechanical systems. These renovations were completed in October of 2017.  Improvements to exterior and interior features including a new office awning, painting of the exterior of the building, lighting of the building crown and new elevators are underway and slated for completion in the first quarter of 2018.
